diff ratios

the 110 build will be the death of me........

right then its 1984 V8 110 with a salisbury rear and a normal front..... which is rotten and knackered.

Now ive bought a new early 110 front axle from a local MOD supplier.

Ive just been told by a friend that diesels and V8 110s had different ratio diffs fitted...... is this right and how do i tell..... serial numbers etc?

Load of rubbish, all have 3.54:1 diff ratio.
